Major Players are working with an exciting Creative Agency that specialise in a service that is increasingly in demand from major global clients. This is an international agency that deliver strategic Employer Branding campaigns for some of the world's most valuable employer brands, including EE, McDonalds, Royal Mail and The National Trust.

As Social Media Content Editor, you'll develop new innovative ideas, approaches, and creative executions for all things social. Delivering quality copy, visuals, and videos, working with the social media, creative, production and client teams to develop the best content possible for reactive and long-lead editorial calendars.

This role is currently fully remote but will be returning to their Bristol office one/two days a week.

Salary £28,000 - 31,000

Key Responsibilities

* Be the go-to specialist for and overseeing all our creative social output.
* Lead our Content Creator team, ensuring workloads are spread evenly and the team have everything they need.
* Provide or coordinate training with the team (and wider social team) where required.
* Work closely with our team of Social Media Strategists, Social Media Managers and Social Media Executives to ensure content is being delivered on-time and on-brief.
* Keep on top of (and experiment with) emerging trends in content and social copywriting.

Skills and Experience

* Have around 2-3 years' content creation experience within an agency.
* Be ready to take a step up into or have experience of being a line manager.
* Have solid background in social content creation, with a great understanding of the Adobe suite, Canva and video editing tools.
* Wake up every day with new ideas and the drive to bring them to life.
* Be a strong writer with experience of creating and implementing TOV for clients.
* Know how to coordinate social media content plans and editorial calendars.
* Have experience working across different types of client and social platforms.
