My client are one of the leading creative agencies internationally, working with some of the biggest brands across FMCG, Retail, Entertainment and Travel amongst other sectors. The agency has a growing Data & Analytics capability, sitting within their social and content division.
Social Data Director - The Role
The Social Data Director will be responsible for leading on some of the biggest global brands, leading projects across reporting, research, and insight. The Social Data Director position is a client facing role, liaising directly with internal stakeholders and leading on strategic conversations. This person will be reponsible for managing a junior social analyst.
Working closely with the Head of Data & Analytics to drive innovation and adaptation of data capabilities across the agency.
Analysing large, complex and often unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights.
Taking an active or leading role in client meetings and presentations
Effectively managing internal and external stakeholders.
Hands-on usage of third-party and proprietary analytics tools to generate audience, content, brand and industry insights.
Managing the day-to-day delivery of research and reporting projects
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years experience in social media analytics/digital analytics
Experience in a client facing role, leading on key client communication
Experience using a range and analytics and reporting tools
