Snr Account Manager

Client Services £ 32,000 - £ 36,000 per year, £32k - 36k per year

Major Players are working with one of the fastest growing content agencies in the UK. After a record-breaking start to the year, they are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with previous agency experience who wants to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing media agency with huge opportunities for growth. You are someone who is highly organised, accountable, entrepreneurial with strong commercial acumen and effective at developing strong client relations.

This agency focus on producing effective content strategies integrating, video, podcast, design, animation and photography, that helps businesses to grow. The Snr Account Manager can either be based in London or Cheltenham or even remotely!


The Role:

  • Be the day-to-day contact for existing clients, working with them to identify opportunities for both them and our business.

  • Be a driving force for generating new project opportunities with existing clients.

  • Prepare and present detailed client proposals, project delivery plans and accurate quotations.

  • Represent your clients internally to ensure effective delivery of all projects, on time and on budget, whilst managing client relationships & expectations.

  • Collaborate internally to create innovative & creative solutions to client briefs.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of your client’s businesses, markets, competitors and relevant content trends to maximise on opportunities for our clients.

    You:

  • Minimum 2 years with agency experience in an account management role preferably in content marketing.

  • Good understanding of creating content that performs online, and emerging video/digital design trends.

  • Ability to understand and interpret clients’ requirements instantly.

  • Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.

  • Ability to form and develop strong relationships both with clients and internally.

  • Confident in own abilities.

  • Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

  • A problem solver who is proactive, driven and ultra-organised.

  • Self-motivated and ambitious.

  • Sense of humour.
