Who You'll Be Working With
Contact: Daniel Whitmore
One of London's tastiest branding and design agencies are looking to add a senior project manager to the team! They've got a list of immediately recognisable brands as clients, a very well established team of project managers, an extremely strong resource / creative services manager to keep the plates spinning, and a strong, collaborative, team ethos. The office is also rather swish.
You'll be delivering a range of branding projects spanning identity, architecture, toolkits, visual identity and content strategy but this agency also has a strong digital arm meaning you may get involved in the occasional CMS or web build project too. There is a very strong team of account managers but you'll still be just the right amount of client facing, with responsibility for pulling together full scopes of work and setting budgets and timelines. In terms of the structure around you, you will be one of a team of twelve (going on fifteen) including a delivery director and three project directors, one of whom you'll be reporting into. In a nutshell, you'll be trusted to take control of your projects from end to end but will have the support of the wider team and a lot of people to learn from.
Who You'll Be
Experience in the delivery of a range of branding projects is a good place to start! As above this spans identity, architecture, toolkits, visual identity and content strategy. You need to know how to run this sort of project from end to end, be comfortable with ownership of large budgets and good with clients when needed. Again, we don't need you to be building out an account as the client services team do that, but you will give clients confidence that you can deliver large, strategic projects from end to end. Having experience working in Agile is also be helpful but definitely isn't a must as only a little of your time will be spent in the world of digital.
That to the side, culture is key with these guys. We need somebody who seizes the initiative, thrives on being busy (and keeping yourself busy should your projects get a little quiet), and most importantly is a grounded people person.
If you have the skills, experience and approach then get it touch!
