My client are a experience design consultancy that creates impact through digital product and service design.They have a a unique working culture, looking for a couple of key senior/lead hires across their Experience and Design teams.
A leader in their field, this business offers a unique 4-day client facing week, with every other Friday dedicated to R&D as a team and the alternate Friday for you. This makes for only a 90% work commitment and 80% client facing and really emphasised their commitment to developing you and your potential to do your best work both client-facing and on self-initiated work.
As an established designer either senior or ready to step up you will be an expert user of Figma, Adobe Creative suite and possibly adobe XD, aftereffects. In this role you will:
* Develop interaction design deliverables that are progressive, inspiring, and functionally relevant
* Present your own work and actively lead workshops with clients and studio teams and make your voice heard in all project or practise discussion with colleagues and clients
* Being interested in the future of interaction design and observe commercial trends
* Maintain and develop knowledge and technique in design systems - typography, grid systems, layout, colour theory and interaction principles
