Senior Digital Project Manager

Creative Services £ 50,000 - £ 57,000 per year, £50k - 57k per year

Who You'll Be Working With

My client are a highly creative design agency in North East London with a stellar reputation. They have a great set of well known clients, a highly collaborative and friendly team, and a culture for ongoing development, with lots of opportunities to progress, hands on learning and a team of experts to work alongside. They also don't encourage overworking and spending endless evenings in the office. In terms of the team itself, you'll be working closely with both of the agency founders, rest of the account/project management team and a tightly knit creative studio. You will also very much be client facing! Their outputs span traditional design work, publishing, strategy and a growing digital arm with a focus on web builds.

What You'll Be Doing

As a senior digital project manager you will be overseeing the management and delivery of projects across experience design and web build projects (predominantly Wordpress, Craft and occasionally Umbraco) alongside a digital design team and in tandem with a external dev partner. This will including budgeting, managing timescales, and then the delivery of work on a project by project basis. This is very much a hybrid role, so you will also take ownership of some client relationships and will drive your work from initial client briefing through to go live. Digital is a quickly growing space for this agency, so you'll be able to shape the way that the work is delivered and steer the offering itself. They are also growing their UX team at the moment as the project flow is starting to get more than a little bit busy!

You

We're looking for an established digital project manager with good technical knowledge but who is equally comfortable with engaging with clients on a day to day basis. Having a background which has equipped you with the ability to understand not just digital design and build, but the bigger branding and design picture would be a real asset with this role. Indeed, experience in branding agency's digital arm would be a great fit for this role but equally experience in a pure play digital or web design agency is definitely relevant. Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams across both UX and UI design, motion and traditional design would be a big plus for this brief too.

The usual character traits also apply - we want somebody who is positive, energetic and curious, with a can-do attitude and a knack for organisation.

In short, it's a great chance to take a on a unique role and become part of a quickly growing team at a genuinely nice agency with excellent clients.
