Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Website and Analytics
We are working with a world renowned PR company that helps elevate and evolve brands whilst also promoting and protecting their brand reputation.
Our client was founded in 1952 and has since grown to over 6,000 staff in 60 offices.
They are looking for a senior marketing manager that will join the global marketing team to build the brands reputation and drive growth for the firm.
The marketing manager will build, plan, and manage the website to enable the firms marketing strategy.
Lead the company’s own B2B website projects, including new website builds, website migrations and ongoing work to help drive awareness and new business opportunities for the firm
Manage the clients agency and freelance partners in website development and SEO, overseeing budgets and delivering work to agreed timelines
Constantly monitor performance and run ad hoc analyses to drive innovation and change in the way that they market to its audiences
Collaborate with the global IT services and compliance team to escalate bugs and promptly address issues for website downtime on our hosting platform, Acquia
Advise and train a global team of 30+ website managers (across country and regional domains) on best practices in website management:
Develop and maintain resources, templates, and frameworks, for example around digital event management, website development and analytics
Troubleshoot issues and design new solutions for websites, and where necessary, find cost-effective solutions using new and existing technologies
Work alongside the U.S. based digital marketing specialist to develop and update pages on the websites; i.e., creating report landing pages, making updates to personnel, posting case studies and insights, etc.
Support the UK based event manager to execute event landing pages. (registration pages, confirmation pages, video streaming pages)
4+ years minimum experience in managing global websites and content management systems such as Drupal, WordPress or similar
Experience in owning a website maintenance budget, managing agency and freelance partners
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders internally and externally
Strong awareness in website development trends and marketing technology, with an eye on the industry to continually build and improve the company’s websites
Internal communications platforms (Sharepoint)
Graphic design and editing (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Email design experience (HubSpot)
