Senior Digital Designer | Must Love Pets

Creative, Design & Studio £ 55,000 - £ 62,500 per year

Our Start-up pet care brand is looking for a talented senior digital designer (Motion/Aftereffects guru) to help them grow the business, primarily through innovative social media posts.

You will develop creative and storytelling content that is used on develop the paid digital media vision with a potential audience of millions & in turn will drive engagement and sales. You will relish in the creativity and challenges needed to continually produce engaging, narrative-led and best-in-class assets to scale online sales and audiences fast and effectively - with the role weighted towards paid social video creation and landing page design.

Key ownership areas:



* Imagine and create best-in-class video and static video ads for paid social channels to drive high-intent traffic to the website and landing pages (including but not limited to FB, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube
* Direct, and sometimes produce, video and stills content for paid social channel adverts
* Work closely with our Head of Acquisition to objectively analyse the performance of ads and landing pages to develop insights that drive improvements in engagement and acquisition
* Have a coherent design aesthetic to ensure instant recognition of the brand

You will be well suited to this role if you have:



* 3+ years in a designer role, agency and/ or client-side, with your key ownership area being paid video ad creation and motion skills
* Visual storyteller who understands the importance of emotion in creating engaging creative to drive results
* Excellent skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, AfterEffects and comfortable in Sketch, Figma, and/ or Adobe XD
* Real world photography and videography experience

Direct to Consumer (D2C) experience a real bonus!

Given the nature of the business and the content you'll need to LOVE pet's ideally cats and be happy to be around cats (and humans).

Salary on offer £60k + equity (dependant on experience)

The role will be offered on a hybrid basis - 3 in office / 2 remote
