As the Senior Digital Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving digital adoption, and you'll be working closely with the local, regional, and global teams to do so. You'll manage projects via multiple work streams and work with internal and external stakeholders - such as the brand teams of the client, as well as media, data and technology partners.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for driving digital adoption together with GAD and other AMs to drive best practice and excellence across programmatic display, video, search, mobile & social channels
* Manage Power Partner joint business plans to ensure the company is achieving value from their partnerships through betas, consumer insight and workshops
* Drive best practice guidelines for all digital channels to ensure best in class campaign execution delivering to ROI
* Drive audience first planning practices via comprehensive guidelines and workshops that help identify regional data partnerships for programmatic execution
* Work with ad operations to manage the digital infrastructure for the region including ensuring the adoption of preferred partner technology, naming conventions and an effective reporting framework
* Responsible for disseminating information and governing brand campaigns to ensure they remain in brand safe environments via the adoption of IAS technology on all local market campaigns, and the adoption of exemplary standards to eliminate risk via blacklists, whitelists and keyword exclusions to name a few
* Support local teams to build digital capabilities in programmatic and precision, ecommerce, search and social through training and workshops
* Drive the digital product enabling first to market innovations, scaling successful campaigns and driving data driven precision marketing across brands and markets

Requirements
* Good understanding of the digital and data landscape including the programmatic ecosystem, technologies and data use cases
* Knowledge and experience of working with DSPs, ad networks, exchanges and/or auction marketplaces
* Exposure to ad server technology and reporting (DCM, Flashtalking, Atlas, Turn)
* Exposure to social and search platforms
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Great problem solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a keen ability to be persistent while remaining personable
* Strong relationship builder with immediate team, other departments and local markets
* Exposure to multi-media disciplines, understanding of cross channels media
* Ability to think on their feet, be proactive and take ownership of projects
