Senior Consumer Marketing Manager (Growth Marketing) £65k + equity + excellent benefits
Our client is a true success story – one of the fastest growing tech start ups in Europe, Series C funding and a completely unique and brilliantly disruptive platform! Over 300 clients already in Europe including Facebook, Tik Tok, KPMG, Kantar and Microsoft.
They have big plans for growth and are looking to hire the best B2C Marketer possible. What does this person need to be? A min of 7 years experience in consumer marketing, clear evidence of having been part of a start up that has grown to at least Series B funding *ideally to IPO), Saas experience and (ideally) experience with a youth and/or diversity audience.
This position involves managing the marketing team to become a high performing powerhouse aswell as managing multiple stakeholders and external partnerships. You’ll need a data-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen - comfortable with creating reports and data analysis.
You will need to demonstrate clear evidence of using data and analytics to effectively target young adult (16-24) audiences, to roll out successful acquisition marketing campaigns with ROI as your key focus.
