Major Players are working with a leading sports and lifestyle brand. Together we are looking for a confident agency experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join their busy studio working alongside their brand marketing and creative team to drive and deliver all marketing plans and activations for the brands global audience.

Key Responsibilities:



* Be an integral strategic and executional role responsible for developing marketing

assets, campaigns and creative communications



* Oversee a world-class in-house creative studio, leading a talented team of creatives, copywriters, designers and video producers
* Responding to briefs and pro-actively developing ideas to strengthen audience engagement
* Lead, coach, inspire and empower a large team to realise their full creative potential
* Storyboard and brief ideas to the wider creative team of art directors, photographers and designers to create thumb stopping

Key Requirements:



* Heavyweight experience in Creative Marketing, within a pioneering industry leading, consumer-led brand or agency that is on the cutting edge of marketing
* An exceptional portfolio of multi-platform work with proven results of creative effectiveness and brand growth
* Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing people
* A creative eye and pay great attention to detail
* Able to work effectively in a fast paced and buzzing environment
