Looking for a solid Senior Account Manager to take the lead on a portion of a health and beauty account. This will mean autonomously running large projects and some accounts simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and creating briefs, scoping projects (costings, timelines, etc.), and then managing the running of these projects, driving creative and strategy teams, ensuring processes are followed, and working with their Account Lead in order to ensure delivery of quality work on time and on budget. The role will report into an Account Lead. Our account leads are at AD/CD level, and oversee many accounts so the candidate will need to be confident in hitting the ground running and operating pretty autonomously on the day-to-day while maintaining open communication with their CD and still being able to work closely with them on key things. Someone with experience managing multiple local markets for a global brand would be a huge benefit, with an understanding of different market needs and a sensitivity on how to handle.
Project work ranges from strategic brand and Visual ID development, to retail campaign development and implementation, brand films and still/moving image shoots for campaigns and brand guardianship. Some travel may be required as many of our client are located in Asia.

Ability to forward think, seed and lead senior client conversations
Tenacity to find opportunities to better the brand/campaign work
Production experience (stills shoots, brand films, etc.)
Brand development exposure
Real team player, no job too big or too small
