SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - PARTNERSHIPS - PERM - £35K - C LONDON

We're currently on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to join this leading entertainment partnerships marketing agency, based in the heart of London. The main purpose of the role is to source & deliver promotional partners for theatrical releases on behalf of one key client within the film and entertainment industry. You'll be working closely with an Account Director to ensure the delivery of targets including earned media and other brand objectives. Campaigns will be integrated across on-pack promotions, ATL, experiential, retail pop-ups, OOH and digital.

ROLE
Developing partner strategy & activate and implement partnership campaigns
Identifying key brand partners to pitch to the client for various titles and franchises
Pitching directly to partners across EMEA - developing proposals and presenting
Selling in client partnerships to deliver agains key earned media objectives
Delivering and ensuring weekly client status meetings
Leading on partnership campaigns, overseeing creative approvals, contracts and promotional mechanics
Managing the activation of all campaigns in their entirety
Assisting on any client trade marketing events
Ensuring consistent and efficient workflow and best practice
Ensuring regular, efficient and accurate client communication
Overseeing junior members of the team, mentoring and ensuring KPI's are met
Ensuring a seamless interface with clients and partners

REQUIREMENTS
Proven knowledge and experience of Partnership Marketing and Film Promotions
Clear understanding of the EMEA media /sponsorship marketplace
Solid experience gained and developed within a similar partnership agency environment (client-side experience from within the entertainment industry will also be considered)
Commercially minded with the ability to quickly identify partner opportunities
Strong, client focused work ethic and a passion for delivering high levels of quality service
Good creative brain that can encourage new ideas
Ability to work fairly independently and able to respond & adapt to change
A problem solver who's able to think logically and super organised
Awareness and understanding of the digital space
Proven ability to prioritise a varied workload whilst maintaining both high service standards and attention to detail
Good negotiator and influencing skills
Excellent presentation/creative skills
