Job Title - Senior Account Director
The Role / Company
Major Players are working with a retail design and production agency who provide retail activations, installations and experiential events for global brands. They are looking for a Senior Account Director to join their team, reporting into the Managing Director and line managing two individuals. This is a multifaceted role, with this individual leading on key accounts, helping with strategic development of accounts, developing new business and having ownership over finances and forecasting. This is a rare opportunity for someone to take a step up in their career within a vibrant and well-respected agency, working with some leading retail brands!
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain strong relationships with your key clients
* Oversight of the team's execution of projects including retail installations, activations and pop-ups
* Ownership of accounts ensuring brand consistency
* Develop strategy and briefs
* Build new relationships, identifying new business opportunities
* Create and deliver pitches and proposals
* Financial management of accounts
* Work to sales targets
* Line managing two individuals
* Work closely with the senior leadership team
Skills & Experience
* Proven Account Management experience within a creative agency (essential)
* Experience working with Retail clients (essential)
* Confident communicating with and presenting to clients
* Commercially aware with an eye for new business opportunities
Salary
* £68,000-£72,000
