Senior Account Director

Oliver is looking for someone to join the team and lead the client's account. You'll deliver an exceptional level of client service and creative thinking. This account is responsible for all of client's global media bookings, including print, OOH & digital, so it's a varied and fast paced role. As well as take an active role in new business opportunities to lead growth.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

You will work hand in hand with the Programme Director and Senior Project Manager to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, the Account Director is the key communicator on the status, risks and challenges to the client, representing the team and the agency and ensuring the relationship is successful.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE



* Support in the management of client projects providing strategic insight and cost-effective delivery
* Manage the flow of projects with SPM through their various stages, creating timelines, schedules, resource planning, managing costs/budgets.
* Be able to outline and match up new opportunities with the appropriate solution.
* Implementing and managing process.
* Challenge the client, when necessary, whilst maintaining a positive relationship and ensuring we are always adding value.
* Educating the client on best practice and creative excellence across all deliverables.
* Help the team to deliver creative work to a high standard
* Building relationships with key colleagues - finance, HR/Training, digital, print, video teams, etc.
* Leading the appropriate F2F meetings with clients + identifying when these need to happen.
* Ensuring clients are happy and always supported and lead where necessary.
* Financial management
* Work in true collaboration with the clients and their Media agency and be responsible for a seamless successful project and product as the outcome.
* Acting as the lead contact for clients during allocated high-profile projects and being the go between our internal creative team (Art Director / QC Brand Guardian) and client's creative team.
* Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are met by all parties involved.
* Ambassador of OMG for the account. Ensuring everyone is logging their time correctly and inputting jobs properly, so that our MI data is as accurate as possible.
* Presenting the MI report for the client on a monthly basis and owning the Quarterly Business Reviews with clients, always looking for ways to improve and grow the partnership

Essential Requirements:



* Experience in managing a team of 3+ direct reports
* Can demonstrate excellent account handling and stakeholder management experience
* Playing a pivotal part in the running, growth, and development of the account

* Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities; multi-tasking is a must!
