A major sports brand based in West London are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to manage the scheduling of TV content across all platforms (digital and broadcast)

The Role

* Managing the content planner
* Creating and managing the annual communications event planner
* Creating all content programme schedules, both domestically & internationally
* Liaising with broadcast partner on a daily basis to ensure the smooth scheduling of the channel
* Scheduling of off air presentation content on the broadcast platform
* Organising the distribution and delivery of weekly content to the broadcast partner
* Managing any content translation and localisation efforts by licensees
* Organising the delivery and creation of promo content as well as sponsor adverts
* Managing the new online archive system
* Working closely with technical partners to manage distribution to international broadcasters
* Creating and delivering the EPG for international channel broadcasters
* Documenting any service discrepancies, addressing licensee issues and pursuing recourse under agreement with distribution partner as/when necessary
* Managing extranet site ensuring content is up to date for licensees to access schedules, promotional assets, transcripts and any other relevant International Programming Block (IPB), channel information
* Working with design and production teams to prepare marketing materials where required, updating as required to reflect programming changes
* Collecting customer data from licensees and delivering to CRM team
* Staying abreast of and leveraging new developments in signal distribution technology
* Providing technical operations input into IPB/channel license agreements
* Liaising with finance department on licensee billing and collections issues

The Candidate

* Motivated self-starter with experience of scheduling across multiple media platforms
* Strong Excel spread-sheet skills
* Understanding of broadcast schedules and social media/app syndication
* Sports knowledge would be beneficial
* Previous responsibility for managing planning documents
* Ability to liaise across several different departments
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good attention to detail
* Some knowledge of Clearcast processes would be of benefit
