Who You'll Be Working With

My client are a highly creative, rapidly growing digital agency in North London who have a great team, deliver excellent work and a culture for ongoing development. They deliver integrated and digital campaigns, social media content, branding, and elements of out of home and are now looking to add a resource manager or two to their growing team as the current post holder has been promoted as part of their ongoing growth strategy.

The Job

As a Resource Manager you will be a key point of contact for the organisation and delivery of projects for clients, studio staff and external suppliers, looking after the day to day resource management, trafficking work through and overseeing usability. The projects you oversee will include digital, campaigns and branding projects across every touch point. You'll also be responsible for

* Managing the day to day efficient running of the studio
* Proactively planning the work flow management of all creative work
* Helping to find the best external suppliers and freelancers
* Ensuring the right people are on the right projects
* Planning and managing schedules and cost estimates
* Negotiating with external suppliers


We are looking for somebody who wants to muck in. The agency are fast paced and highly collaborative so you'll need to be a quick learner, highly adaptable, and excited to get your hands dirty supporting the team in doing their best work. You'll be working closely with everyone internally so a proactive and positive attitude helps. We would like to get somebody in who already has some solid experience (a couple of years) working as a studio or resource manager.

The team are highly energetic, personable, and passionate about the work they do so they'll want somebody who can fit that.
