The Role / Company:
Major Players are working with a rapidly growing creative agency who produce digital, social and above the line content for some of the most diverse, exciting and well-known global brands. They are looking for a Resource Manager to assist in the day-to-day workflow across their multi-site offices to ensure a seamless operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in resource management and work within a close-knit, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure end-to-end project process meets briefing, budget, and timeline requirements to ensure client needs are met and delivered on time
Report to the Creative Services Director in assigning ad-hoc protocols and identifying gaps within production processes
Resource long and short-term talent ensuring the utilisation and development of casting, manage contracts and invoicing for freelancers
Deliver, update and monitor reports quickly and efficiently to maintain allocation of necessary resource is adhered to
Monitor P&L weekly updates by contributing the regular meetings and reports with attention to updates and details
Time-manage proficiently to ensure resource and talent meet expected timelines, flagging and identifying issues and resolutions when necessary
Maintain budget expectations by securing accuracy and achievability throughout the process
Support management and creative teams in meeting deadlines alongside the production schedule

Key Requirements:
3+ years' experience resource/traffic management in a creative agency environment
Firm understanding of budgets and financials
Keen interest in brands, social impact, and culture
Ability to solve problems and navigate through workflow
Confident communication skills with the ability to read a room
Proactive, positive and motivational

Salary & Benefits:
* £30,000-£40,000, £30-£40k per year
