Resource Manager

Design & branding £ 35,000 - £ 45,000 per year

Who You'll Be Working With...

My client are a brand new creative, rapidly growing branding agency based in North London who have a great team, deliver excellent work and a culture for ongoing development. They are a union of 750 people in 23 offices across 18 countries and they deliver a massive range of branding work including toolkits, naming, design and strategy. Due to the their ongoing growth, my client is now looking to add a resource manager to their team as they are getting rather busy!

What You'll Be Doing...

As a Resource Manager you will be sat at the heart of agency, acting as the first point of call for all resourcing issues with one of your key responsibility being to make sure that all projects are being resourced and pushed through to be delivered on time.

You'll ensure that everybody has clear visibility of workload and availability, bringing in additional external resource via recruiters like myself and from your own black book as and when is necessary. Preparing monthly forecasts and budgets for the Studio Director will also be important, as well as ensuring freelance timesheets and completed punctually.

Who You'll Be...

As to be expected, the agency are fast paced and highly collaborative so you'll need to be adaptable and a quick learner and eager to get your hands dirty supporting the rest of the team. Someone adept at briefing creative teams and reporting to clients is also a must. We would like to get somebody in who already has some solid experience (a couple of years) working as a studio or resource manager but someone with a hunger to grow with the business, an analytical mind, and a desire to learn is just as important.
