The client is a multi-award winning insights consultancy who are arguably industry leaders in their space. Their work is creative and culture-centric, unearthing ground breaking and actionable insights to answer the biggest brands' most difficult questions. It spans a range of sectors with an impressive line up on their client roster. The agency has had a lot of change within the last year and are at an exciting stage now where they have set a clear vision for future, and in turn are looking to hire across multiple positions. Alongside their existing functions including culture, digital and semiotics, they are looking to develop a social & behavioural department and angle work so that it is feeding more heavily in to design and innovation. What You'll Be Doing
As a Resource Manager you will be a key point of contact for the organisation and delivery of projects for clients, studio staff and external suppliers, overseeing end to end delivery including resource management. The projects you oversee will include a range of research projects across every touch point. You'll also be responsible for:
* Managing the day to day efficient running of the studio
* Proactively planning the work flow management of all creative work
* Helping to find the best external suppliers and freelancers
* Ensuring the right people are on the right projects
* Planning and managing schedules and cost estimates
* Negotiating with external suppliers

We are looking for somebody who wants to muck in. The agency are fast paced and highly collaborative so you'll need to be a quick learner, highly adaptable, and excited to get your hands dirty supporting the team in doing their best work. You'll be working closely with everyone internally so a proactive and positive attitude helps. We would like to get somebody in who already has some solid experience (a couple of years) working as a studio or resource manager.
The team are highly energetic, personable, and passionate about the work they do so they'll want somebody who can fit that.
