Major Players seek a Research Manager to join a growing Insight Consultancy working across global markets, starting ASAP paying up to £36k

Our client is a medium sized but fast growing strategic insights consultancy who use both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to approach large, complex business questions. The nature of the briefs they work on means they are continually pushing boundaries to provide top level, strategic recommendations based on the insights gained. They work across global markets within a variation of sectors including tech, FMCG, telco and healthcare amongst others. They nurture employees, supporting them in their desired route of development, and offer an array of perks including trips aboard, think breaks, regular working from home, afternoons off in summer and more. Due to ongoing business wins they're hiring at multiple levels.
This is a great role for someone looking for their next challenge, you will hit the ground running, moderating, driving projects day to day, and working with the wider team delivering insights. You will be able to develop your client relationships and business development skills, with the idea to eventually lead your own client relationships. You will be using a wide range of research methods, predominately qualitative, but also open to making the most of quantitative methods where necessary.
You will be a first class researcher, with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage project teams. You will also have strong moderation skills with the moderation of around 30 focus groups under your belt already. You will have good client handling skills, particularly in driving the clients and projects, and having the ability to influence them in a collaborative way. This role is great for someone with good presentation skills already but really looking to develop them, along with someone who has emerging proposal writing skills, again with the desire to develop these. You will be interested in the world around you, constantly taking an interest in trends, people and culture.
