Major Players seeks an entrepreneurial and driven qualitative Research Manager to join a research agency going through a period of continued growth working across a range of high profile clients. Starting ASAP and paying up to £48k.

Our client is an evolving, small research agency who are continually growing, they have been operating for only 2 years but already are well respected within their space with an MRS nomination. They now seek a switched on Research Manager to join the team following multiple project wins and subsequent growth. The founding partners have strong research backgrounds and have opened the London branch as part of a joint venture with a large, successful research agency and so they have access to a pool of resources. They are full service qual and quant and work with a range of renowned clients across media, travel and FMCG.
They now seek a Qualitative Research Manager to join their small team in Central London. You will be reporting in to the two Managing Directors and will be proficient in end to end management of qualitative research projects. You will work on a range of other projects and clients, and whilst you will have support, training and development, you will need to be competent in working independently and proactively. The work is varied although the majority of the projects you will be working on will be within the media and entertainment sector, with a focus on consumer viewing behaviours, perceptions of different genres, across varying demographics etc. This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to have more ownership of their work and gain exposure across the wider business. The role may require occasional international travel.
You will have experience overseeing qualitative projects end to end and have a solid understanding of a variety of methodologies including both traditional face to face and online methods. Whilst they are collaborative in their approach, you will be enjoy working independently, and will be someone now looking to make a move in to a role where you are assigned responsibility across the board. You will have excellent written and verbal communication. This role is Research Manager level but they will consider a strong Senior Research Executive looking to make the step up, or a recently appointed Associate Director.
