Our client are leaders within the telecom, retail and utility sectors, using predominantly qualitative research methodologies. They use a range of qualitative methodologies, largely focus groups, but have been commended by clients for their innovative approach when collating and presenting data. They seek a Research Manager to join their team, managing projects end to end in a client facing role. You will be assigned to a main account dependent on your experience and interest where you will develop a strong client relationship and become an expert in the field, but you will assist on other projects as and when required, You will be conducting a qualitative research through a variety of methods and will be expected to work some evenings where required, then conducting analysis, drawing insights and presenting your findings to the client. You will have the assistance of juniors and the support of seniors.
You will have at least 2+ years experience working within a market research environment. You will be adept on a range of qualitative methodologies and be eager to learn about and use innovative methodologies, whilst happy to predominantly moderate focus groups. You will be confident in running projects end to end and will be organised with strong communication skills. You will have the ability to analyse data whilst thinking strategically, drawing out actionable insights.
