The client is a multi award winning, medium sized integrated qual & quant research consultancy in central London. They are specialists within the media, retail and telecoms sectors predominantly in the UK market and have an impressive and growing client roster. They are creative in their approach, collaborative and have a fairly flat structure. Their success means they are steadily growing and in turn seek a research manager to join the successful, growing team.
As qualitative Research Manager you will be joining the small qual team working across the telecom, media and retail sectors. This is a hands on role working on a wide range of varying projects, sectors and methodologies. The majority of the work will be online; moderating communities and conducting mobile ethnography, although traditional methods such as focus groups and interviews will be used where necessary also. You will be client facing and assisting with the writing of proposals, and will have guidance and training from senior members who are highly experienced in the industry.
You will have at least 2+ year's experience working within a research agency on qualitative projects. You will have a breadth of experience including online and traditional methodologies across multiple sectors and project types. You will enjoy learning about and trialling new and creative methodologies, and will be confident in using qualitative research to support quantitative studies. You will enjoy a fast paced and hands on environment where you have exposure to the full project life cycle.
