Our client, once a traditional ethnographic insights consultancy, is now an up and coming tech start up in the field using its highly advanced tech programmes to assist global FMCG and Research clients to analyse research data on a mass scale and draw out key insights. They are passionate about their business and industry, are dedicated to supporting and developing their employees (and are genuinely a lovely bunch of people!). The environment is fast paced and challenging, yet collaborative and creative. Due to ongoing success and winning new business, they are growing hence making a range of hires.
They now seek a junior with some experience within Market Research, or broader analytics looking to get in to research, to join their insights team. Your responsibilities will be to assist the Insights Managers in their analysis, looking through filmed ethnography and drawing out actionable insights. You will also be responsible for coding the footage using the tool, and assisting with the project management team. You will be reporting in to a senior insights manager and look to be developing in to a role that is more client facing where you have more ownership of projects.
You will have 1+ years within a research or wider analytics, but you will be looking to pursue a career within market research through innovative tech. You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills and be used to working on multiple projects to deadlines. You will be comfortable using technology and also excel, and be comfortable in front of clients. You will have a strong ability to not only report on data, but to draw actionable insights with a story telling ability.
