Research Executive

Research, Insight & Analysis £ 20,000 - £ 27,000 per year

Major Players seek bright Research Executive/trainee to join a qualitative design research agency in Central London, paying up to £27k and starting ASAP.

The Client
Our client is a well established, medium sized design research agency with offices in London and New York who work for some of the world's most notorious brands. They are committed to design research at every consumer touch point including digital design, user experience design, new product development, innovation, retail space design and on-pack design research. They undertake a range of qualitative research methods internationally to fully understand consumers' perceptions in multiple markets. They seek strong candidates with both an analytical mind and a creative outlook with a real passion for design.

The Role
You will be involved in a variety of research projects at every stage. Your responsibilities will include sitting in on briefings, assisting with proposal writing, costings, end to end fieldwork management, focus group moderation, assisting in creating & presenting the debriefs and any other day to day assistance the team may require. You will receive competitive training and have great exposure to progression within the agency. The more senior you are, the more autonomy you will have working towards managing the client liaison on projects.

The Candidate
You will be a qualitative researcher with at least 1 year's experience within the wider research field, or be a graduate or equivalent looking to get in to the field. You will have a passion for design and visual communications, and be looking to develop a niche skill set within design research. You will be creative, appreciating the value of visual design on consumers, whilst also being heavily analytical in your approach. You will enjoy collaborative working and international travel.
