We are looking for a first class Receptionist with bundles of personality and some previous experience to match!
Working for a fantastic market leader based in their Bermondsey office, this Receptionist will be the face of the company and responsible for:
* Answering all incoming calls
* Meeting and greeting
* Meeting room and booking calendar
* Booking restaurants, taxi's and flights
* Distributing post and arranging couriers
* Ordering stationery
* Approving purchase orders
* General admin for teams when required
Ideally this Receptionist will have previous experience in a similar role and be highly organised. Must be confident, super helpful with a can-do attitude. No task will be too big or too small for this proactive Receptionist!
Obviously good communication skills are going to be key to this role as you will be liaising with those on all levels.
