Project Manager/Shoot Producer

Are you an experienced Freelance Project Manager and Shoot Producer with an entrepreneurial spirit?

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager and Shoot Producer with beauty/luxury experience, who has a deep understanding of brand purpose to work with a luxury beauty brand to support their growing digital and social channels.

This role will see you working across a variety of creative projects, managing social accounts and ad hoc projects to support the business. You will report into the Director of Global Branding and work closely with the creative services, marketing, digital, PR, and social teams to ensure plans are being executed.

Role and Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Participate and understand cross-functional activities across brand campaigns, 360 marketing launches, PR, events, tutorials, digital + social content, and ecommerce shoots to maintain a calendar for the Director of Global Branding

  • Pre through to post production of the above activities

  • Coordinating shoot schedules, compiling call sheets, (where applicable: sourcing locations/studios and optioning crew & hiring equipment)

  • Responsible for all POs, vendors and other contract documents

  • Review of actual expenses and reporting/managing resources and budgets

  • Scope tracking (timing, deliverables); if a change occurs, managing expectations

  • Schedule management, ensuring inter-departmental teams know timing for meetings, milestones, deliverables & completion

  • Ensure all working and final project assets and contracts are signed, and consolidated, in appropriate folders and shared documents on Dropbox

  • Sign off on project expenses from Finance

  • Ensure all project wrap documents are done by appropriate team members (completion reports)

Key Experience:

  • 5 years of experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in the digital space
  • Budget development and contract writing experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Strong self-awareness and people-management skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (email, docs, drive, slides)

  • Experience using Dropbox, and project management tools such as Trello
