My client is a strategic sport & esports creative agency that work with ambitious brands and right holders such as; PlayStation, Stat Sports, New Balance, FIFA, Beats by Dre and UEFA. This agency are embarking on an exciting period of growth and now wish to hire a Project Manager to help manage the delivery of its campaigns from content shoots to live events and activations.
You may not be working as a Project Manager currently but you will have a key eye for operational excellence and ability to deal directly with high profile clients.
Location – Flexible with 1 day a week in the Manchester office
Salary – £28,000 - £33,000 Depending on Experience
Main Responsibilities and Activities
Take responsibility for the quality of the agency's output on all relevant campaigns. Content shoots, events activation with the Account Management team at the project briefing stage to ensure budgets are allocated to all shoot/event elements correctly and project deliverables are aligned
Take the lead in client communication on delivery elements
To take overall responsibility for the shoot and live event elements in all budgets
Manage the resources needed to activate the agency's projects both internally and externally.
Owning and co-ordinating relevant project documentation
Planning and resourcing the roles of internal and external team members during pre-production and onsite
Manage all project logistics as required (travel, accreditation, registration for live events and activations)
Working closely with the Creative Director, Snr Content Producer and Snr Creative to create and own content shoot/event schedules (All team will contribute
