Who You'll Be Working With

A really nice agency! They specialise in the world of food and hospitality, with every employee there an absolute nut for the sector. They deliver one hell of a range of work, everything from a brand strategy and identity, comms campaigns and web build projects down to retail fitout and menu design! The agency themselves are a really tight knit bunch, prior to covid people were constantly socialising outside of work and it's a grown up atmosphere in terms of getting the work done but being able to enjoy working there and have a good work life balance. Once we are let back out into the world, this culture will still be very much part of the fibre of the agency, as will their nice new office space in King's Cross!

What You'll Be Doing

Standard project management stuff. You'll be taking briefs from clients, scoping out work including budgets and timelines, and then making sure stuff is delivered on time and in budget. Simple.
You'll have a great team of client facing marketing specialists around you who will focus on client management and writing the marketing plans and creating the content, you'll be more focused on supporting them, owning larger projects, and making sure things run smoothly. There are already two PM in situ (both of whom I placed in the business and are loving it) along with a very experienced ops director to learn from and who also happens to be a great person to work with. Basically they've already got a lot of process in place and some big projects lined up and ready to go for you to sink your teeth into.

We want somebody who is naturally collaborative, who can strike that golden balance of process and giving the creative and technical teams space to breathe, and who knows how to run a project from client briefing through to a successful delivery. Strong creative work, on time and on budget usually means a happy client. In terms of the work you've delivered ideally we want web build projects although elements of digital marketing collateral will also be in play so good knowledge of this space helps. You'll be working with creatives and developers so knowing how to manage different kinds of people will also be helpful.

There's no need for words like "dynamic" or "driven" or "enthusiastic" - that's all standard practice.
