Who You'll Be Working With

My client are a boutique design and branding agency operating across a range of sectors. They have a great set of clients from highly recognisable brands through to startups, highly creative and varied work and a highly collaborative culture. Due to the business growing they are now looking to add a new project manager to their tightly knit delivery team. More work means more people!


They cover everything from brand identity and strategy, through to packaging and design, and then integrated campaigns work as well. They've got a very well established account and project management team, and are now looking to add a capable project manager to the mix. Culture wise, they've got a very flat and open structure and work in a flexible manner - the environment would be great for somebody who either prefers the flexible small agency way of working, or who is frustrated with being boxed in by a job description at a larger business.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Manager you will be a key point of contact for the organisation and delivery of projects for clients, studio staff and external suppliers. You'll be shaping the goals and constraints of a project including scoping the work, creating and managing timelines and overseeing the end to end delivery including resource management. The projects you oversee will include brand design & identity, content and plenty of integrated campaigns work too. There's a well established account & project management team in place, along with a great studio manager who you'll work with on the resource/traffic piece. The work will predominantly dedicated to one goliath account but it has literally dozens of sub-brands to work on as well as a massive range of outputs so you certainly won't get bored.

You

Ideally, you'll also have plenty of experience in delivering creative projects within the world of branding and design. You'll be used to helping the client define and refine very open ended briefs and have experience of working with a creative studio to scope the creative direction of a project and ensure resource is in place to complete it on time. A passion for design is a big plus, as is an open, collaborative approach. Of course you will be client facing, so somebody who actively enjoys dealing with a massive range of stakeholders, from the senior management team of a blue chip down to marketing teams and everything in between.
