Duties & Responsibilities



* You bring brilliant ideas, amazing commercial nous and smart strategic thinking to bear across all of your projects
* You lead small teams and give constructive direction, guidance and a strong point of view on content to the team working with you
* You work alongside Principals and Seniors in larger teams, becoming the backbone of a client relationship and go-to on all aspects of the account and work
* You motivate people around you - both colleagues and clients - and earn their respect and confidence
* You spot opportunities for growing the account whilst demonstrating value for the client
* You constantly look for opportunities to expand the impact of work through the application of technology
* You make confident account decisions, and are smart and persuasive in bringing others with you
* You partner with more senior clients as their direct contact
* You proactively take responsibility for building the profile of the Programme Management community through the development of content and initiatives

Requirements

Key Experience & Knowledge



* You will have in excess of 6 years experience in managing a mix of brand and technology projects across a variety of sectors and client problems. You will have ideally managed budgets of over £1million pa. Experience in launching products and services to market, managing in-depth research and insight programs, and/or fluency with innovation is a plus. Experience in other geographies, markets as well as additional languages also a plus

They must demonstrate:



* An ability to balance the big picture of a client's long-term strategic objectives with day-to-day project delivery detail
* Excellent financial acumen in scoping and managing a budget, forecasting revenue, and establishing commercial agreements
* An active engagement with the strategic dimension of our work, both to assertively influence content as well as understand of how the strategy influences the project process and delivery
* Articulate and assertive confidence in presenting work to all audiences
* Future-focused ability to think ahead, organise and prioritise workloads for both themselves and the team over extended periods of time
* Highly collaborative, able to build strong relationships internally and externally

IT/Technology Skills



* All staff to be highly proficient in Mac or PC operating systems and in the use of Microsoft Office, with a high degree of familiarity and comfort with mobile.
