PRODUCT MANAGER - FASHION/E-COMMERCE - £40-£45K - PERM - C LONDON

This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join a leading global online destination for contemporary menswear. As Product Manager, you will take a user-centric approach to help form the vision, roadmap, and goals for this brand's products, working with engineers and designers to plan, build and iterate high quality product experiences.

This high-end, street ware, retail platform is experiencing unprecedented growth and is investing heavily in digital talent to innovate and set the benchmark for commerce experience. As part of an experienced in house team you will be able to produce your best work, in a relaxed creative environment, and you'll be rewarded by seeing the impact of your work on real customers in the real world.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:


Work with Head of Product to build and deliver the roadmap
Understand and communicate business objectives and customer needs
Identify product gaps and generate product ideas
Scope and prioritise based on business and customer needs
Lead cross-functional groups to deliver team's goals
Translate product strategy into Agile requirements
Define and analyse metrics that inform product success & health


We're looking for:


Ability to lead and influence teams to manage successful products throughout their lifecycle
Thrives and contributes to Agile startup environment dealing with fast pace and changing needs
Strong understanding of product-building areas including engineering, design and analytics
Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and communication skills
Passion for building cutting-edge, disruptive products
Strong technical acumen. Knowledge of microservices architecture and APIs preferable
