Product Manager - E-Commerce

Technology £ 50,000 - £ 60,000 per year

My client is a niche retail start up with huge investment backing, who've already taken over the UK and European market! Next stop international?

We're looking for a highly skilled, ambitious Product Manager who ready for a new challenge and take their products to the next level.

Building and development is where the heart is!

Ready to take something from medium to HUGE? Previous E-Commerce/ retail start-up or marketplace start-up experience essential.

Product Manager - The Role



* You will join the product and e-commerce team on bringing the new products to launch
* You will define the product road-maps
* Gather and analyse data from various stakeholders, consumers, industry experts, finance, marketing, designers, developers and the board
* Relationship management and development with stakeholders and team members is very important in this role
* You will take Digital product ownership
* Working closely with designers and developers, supporting what is technically possible, and help build wire frames to map out the user journeys
* Prioritise backlog of items using data and commercial reasoning

Previous E-Commerce/ retail or marketplace Start-up experience essential.

Product Manager - Skills



* Solid experience working in larger product teams in a start-up environment
* Able to engage and influence in complex/ technical discussions with engineers, developers - a solid grasp of technology
* Take ownership, control and responsibility
* Give strong views and value in great design
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively, and confidence in voicing own views/ opinions
* Analytic approach using complex data to make decisions
* Solid understanding of product development process using standard industry tools
