Who you'll be working with…

A creative agency based near Old Street with the focus being on Strategy, Experiential, Content and Design. The agency boasts world renowned international clients, team members who are experts in their field and a fast paced and collaborative culture that will ensure there is never a dull moment!

What you'll be doing…

As a Creative Producer you will be responsible for overseeing the production of content across photography, design and video for use across various platforms. You will be expected to implement project management methodologies, create SOW's, budgets and timelines for several projects at a time, as well as contribute to the development of the long term company production model. As a Producer you will obviously be responsible for structuring and scoping complex shoots as well as overseeing the final delivery and execution of said shoots!
Client management will also be a big part of the role, as well as managing creative resource and trafficking work throughout the agency. Finally, the ability to develop a reliable and high quality freelance pool of production staff including designers, editors, DOPs and Directors is also going to be key.

Who You'll Be…

You'll have a positive and outgoing attitude, be energetic, have an eagle eye for detail and be comfortable juggling several projects at any one time. You will have a working knowledge of Adobe Suite and will be flexible and ready to think on your feet within a busy creative environment. Two to three years of shoot/resourcing experience is a must and you will be highly organised (obviously!)
