This multi-faceted role is an exciting one for someone who has experience across both qualitative and quantitative market research and user design research, but who is eager to continue learning become a specialist across all laterals. You will be working autonomously in this newly created role, but closely with the product, design, marketing and sales teams, identifying and answering questions to make intelligent and commercial business decisions. Over time with the success and growth of the business, there may be scope to grow the team. You will be conducting market research to identify opportunity, target markets, the best areas to invest and will conduct pre and post campaign analysis, and you will be conducting user experience (UX) research to identify pain points, behaviour patterns, and assist in the (re)design of the user journey amongst others.
You will be passionate about what you do, digitally savvy, be entrepreneurial and have a natural curiosity by nature. You will enjoy solving problems and be proactive in your approach to highlight potential areas of improvement. You will be highly experienced in both market and user experience research; a leaning towards one would be fine if you are enthusiastic about being up-skilled. You will be adept on a range of quantitative, qualitative and UX research methodologies, able to design integrated research projects in order to draw cutting edge, actionable insights, You will enjoy a hands on approach as initially there are no management responsibilities, solely working independently yet collaboratively with other departments.
