My client is looking for a passionate, creative and forward-thinking Account Manager to deliver day-to-day and high level account execution of their clients who are largely Youth/Culture brands.
The agency's clients range across the entire lifestyle and entertainment sector, including food, drink, venues and events.
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience within the PR industry, and a well established black book of journalists they you call on.
You must have managed clients previously, a minimum of one campaign end to end and have a good understanding of client relations.
You must also have a very good understanding of the changing media landscape and a good knowledge of opportunities available to the agency's client roster.
This role requires the applicant to support and on some smaller clients, deliver a full client campaign, this means good time management, organisational skills, general knowledge of culture, enthusiasm for new projects.
It is essential that the applicant is a strong writer and has clear understanding and ability in the drafting of press materials, competition copy and more.
Effectively communicating across all of their channels is incredibly important and you must be a good communicator.
You will also need to be a team player that gets involved in the culture of the company and is fully transparent.
What you would be doing;
This role will see you managing multiple accounts at any one time. You will be building relationships with journalists and placing coverage for our clients.
You will have a medium amount of client contact regarding logistics and in some cases you would be trained on having your own clients.
You will be providing support across event clients via accreditation, creative ideas, providing media lists, writing press materials, sourcing and engaging with influencers and more.
