PR Account Director (Consumer Lifestyle and Entertainment)- The Company
My client is an award-winning brand and communications agency based in the heart of Soho, London and specialising in consumer public relations, influencer relations and social content production. They create ideas that build the reputations of some of the most iconic brands in the world. .

And what's more, as they are part of a larger group network they are able to partner with agencies from different marketing disciplines to deliver insight, traditional advertising and brand and technology consultancy.

PR Account Director (Consumer Lifestyle and Entertainment)- The Role
They're looking for an established, high energy Account Director or recently promoted senior Account Director to join the team, working across some of their biggest consumer lifestyle and entertainment brands to deliver PR and influencer relations.

The clients you would be working across include:

Leading Entertainment platform - They're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for the world of entertainment, with the insight and knowledge to know what makes for a good entertainment story for tabloids and influencers alike. From publicising iconic tv shows, you'll take responsibility for running the creative press office for the brand. Their campaign focuses on proactive and reactive news hijacking, and they're looking for a candidate with a creative flare. You'll be an integral part of the team - working with AMs and AEs to spot opportunities to get the brand in the headlines, as well as leading on creative responses and executions of bigger brand campaigns around key hero shows and movies.
Leading Ents platform - Their client with this client covers a broad spectrum of entertainment and brand PR. From launching new platforms and promoting exclusive and original programming their remit is to maintain the brands reputation as the number one entertainment brand in the UK. You'll take on responsibility for running the team that delivers these results.

Guitar brand - a new client for the agency you will be responsible for running the product press office for this iconic guitar brand whist also leading on campaign activity around new launches.
PR Account Director (Consumer Lifestyle and Entertainment)- Required skills/interests
For this role, they need someone who is experienced in working and leading fast paced entertainment and lifestyle brands running high profile campaigns and managing busy, proactive press offices
You'll also be driven to get results and will play an integral part in helping accounts to run smoothly. You will be the day to day senior lead and will be expected to manage and update senior clients and stakeholders. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has been at Account Director level for minimum of a year, or equivalent relevant work experience, with a good knowledge of media / influencers and a healthy contact book.

Most importantly, you'll be ambitious, creative, curious and want to have fun when you go into the office every day.
