Planning Manager – The Company

Planning Manager – The Role

As Manager, Communications Design, you are responsible for managing the production and application of accurate and insightful consumer, cultural, media and market intelligence to contribute to an impactful communications ecosystem for your client. The role requires planning across all channels in conjunction with specialists - TV, OOH, Print, Radio and Digital.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for the delivery of accurate, impactful inputs that power the client’s communications plan and grow their business
- Responsible for regular trend identification, culture and competitive analysis for your client
- Work with the Associate Director and internal teams to develop the best possible plan for the communications idea
- Manage the team output and development of the flowchart grounded in the communications idea, including oversight of the plan being accurately produced, to address the business goals

Required Skills / Experience

- Experience in media agency
- Proven digital expertise in planning remits
- Experience in UK Comms planning across multiple touchpoints
- Experience in activating campaigns. delivering ongoing reports and PCA’s
- Some experience in performance led channels is preferred
- Strong, rigorous Media planning skills
- Ability to delegate and oversee direct reports
