The Company
My client works with start ups and entrepreneurs to help facilitate their entrance to market and growth. This company is all about innovation, connecting people and brands to drive change. They are on the lookout for a permanent Performance Marketing Manager to work across some of the most innovative small businesses in London. The Performance Marketing Manager will be hands-on across paid media and oversee SEO and CRM strategy.

Responsibilities - Performance Marketing Manager
* Planning and executing paid media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Google
* Optimise channel performance through a data-led test and learn approach
* Work closely with various tem members to define and develop marketing plans for each business
* Oversee SEO and CRM implementation
* Manage relationships with affiliate partners
* Advise on email marketing and website conversion
* Reporting on KPIs

Requirements - Performance Marketing Manager
* Experience in a fast-growth DTC/ecommerce business
* Significant performance marketing experience with hands-on experience in paid search, paid social and display
* A strong understanding of SEO and CRM
* A track record of hitting KPIs and driving company growth
* Highly analytical thinker and creative problem solver
* Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopware and Shopify for example
