Major Players are excited to be working with a young and fully-funded start-up who are disrupting the rental industry. This company believes renting should simply be much better than it currently is, and that's reflected in how they operate: there are no sneaky fees for tenants, there are plenty of stylish social spaces with regular socials in their buildings, and there are lots of ticket giveaways for concerts and events as part of the partnerships they've forged. They're currently regenerating a somewhat-neglected part of London, and you're going to play a crucial role in that.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all paid-search, paid-social, and aggregator campaigns working with designated agencies and internal teams, driving effective measurement of all acquisition campaigns and traffic performance to increase ROI for digital marketing spend
* Monitor and report on digital channel performance via Google analytics, Salesforce and other systems to test/learn and optimise both on site and across digital media
* Support the onboarding of new brand initiatives, products and services across the customer journey from with a planned, considered approach
* Own the customer journey from awareness > consideration > enquiry > viewings > lease
* Management of all creation and delivery of all communications across top end of customer journey - both triggered/automated and multi-channel
* Optimise reporting on all agreed key KPIs to all levels of the business
* Work alongside Marketing Manager on overarching campaign development and offline media selection (experience preferred, but not essential)

Requirements:
* A digital performance marketing practitioner with demonstrable experience in driving business metrics in an acquisition or subscription-based business
* Extensive experience working across a wealth of digital channels as well as managing agency relationships & media partners
* A love for the details but ability to see the big picture
* Excellent analytic skills and great at manipulating data to make the complex seem simple
* Results-focused having managed large budgets
* Hands-on - you can lead on strategy and can implement in equal measure
* A team player - ambition and drive are everything but no lone wolfs
* Strong communicator - this role involves leading the way or and working with other departments, so taking people on the journey with you is important to your success in the role
* Advanced Google Analytics knowledge
* Salesforce CRM, Pardot or Marketing Cloud experience preferred but not essential
* Drupal experience preferred but not essential
