My client are an exciting, quirky, forward-thinking brand is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to continue to grow their Ecommerce Channel.

They have gone from a small team to over 100 employees and have no plans on slowing down. Year on year they move from strength to strength, working on new products.

Performance Marketing Manager – The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to build on the success of their rapidly growing Ecommerce Channel. Partnering with the Ecommerce Manager, you will create and execute the Digital Performance strategy for the brand along with overseeing development of the platform. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing strategies to drive online sales, increasing acquisition and growing retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan and execute the brands performance marketing strategy driving acquisition to optimising retention, with overall responsibility for ROI of digital marketing channels
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive profitable sales, grow brand awareness, and acquire new customers. Including PPC, SEO, Display advertising, Ad Words.
- Integrate and enhance the execution of wider company brand campaigns working closely with the wider marketing team.
- Forecasting and management of performance budgets.
- Devising promotional offers to encourage online sales while maintaining profitability and brand equity.

Required Skills / Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing
- Driven and motivated by surpassing targets with a start-up mentality, hands on approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive profitable sales, grow brand awareness, and acquire new customers. Including PPC, SEO, Display advertising and Ad Words.
- Understanding of and experience using key media KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CPA, LTV.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practice.
