I am working with an incredible Independent Agency. Their founder led the media strategy for Netflix and B&Q at one of the world's top agencies before starting this agency. The agency was created to bring big agency thinking and performance to challenger brands who are disrupting their markets, giving them access to smart strategy and high-quality digital marketing to enable them to stand out and scale up.

As a Performance Marketing Manager working for this exciting Agency you will:



* Hiring, and creating structure & process for the Performance Marketing team.
* Direct management of the Performance Marketing Executive.
* Plan, set up, manage, and optimise performance campaigns across paid channels with particular focus on paid social and paid search.
* Adopt robust test and learn approaches to all performance marketing activities, developing A/B tests including audience, creative, and channel tests, and sharing results with the clients and your team.
* Work directly with key client stakeholders across all aspects of performance marketing.
* Be abreast of industry and platform trends, developments and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these insights.
* Ability to set up and use analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to report on the effectiveness of online strategies and campaign performance, making recommendations for continuous improvements.
* Create reports and provide analysis on the performance of paid campaigns, user behaviour, and landing page performance to improve all campaigns.
* Create data-led processes to optimise landing page performance and align those processes to marketing goals.
* Work alongside the account management lead to develop strategy and campaign ideas.
* Work with the designer to come up with new ideas for ad creative and landing page designs.

The Performance Marketing Manager will need:



* You're a talented performance marketer with a proven track record of running successful paid marketing campaigns and can demonstrate how they have delivered on client objectives.
* You have a minimum of three years of experience working within performance marketing in an agency, and have been directly responsible for the planning, campaign set up, optimisation, and reporting of both paid social and paid search campaigns.
* You're an expert in both Facebook ads and Google Search ads.
* Have experience and the ability to work across multiple clients.
* A mix of B2C and B2B experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
* Proven experience in presenting to clients and dealing with them on a day-to-day basis.
