We are working with a hyper growth start-up business within the ed-tech space for kids.

They have created a safe and engaging product for kids to experience music, stories and educational content.

In just 4 years, they have sold over 20 million products worldwide and have a dominant presence within Germany, UK, Australia and Switzerland.

This is an amazing opportunity for a performance marketing lead who is excited to build a team from scratch!


  • Create and implement different digital acquisition marketing strategies.

  • Build growth frameworks for the team to follow whilst ensuring they are the best practice and they align with AARRR

  • Own the testing roadmap and ensure regular and rapid testing.

  • With support from agencies, you will have ownership of acquisition marketing including Amazon, Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Referrals and new channel exploration.

  • Conversion optimisation of UK Ecommerce site.


  • Proven track record of execution and innovation within a scale-up environment.
  • Passionate about using data to understand performance and find key insights to help better the business.

  • Deep experience within developing ads on a range of social platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.

  • Ability to manage and optimise the spend across multiple channels to ensure efficiency and relative growth.
