We are working with a hyper growth start-up business within the ed-tech space for kids.
They have created a safe and engaging product for kids to experience music, stories and educational content.
In just 4 years, they have sold over 20 million products worldwide and have a dominant presence within Germany, UK, Australia and Switzerland.
This is an amazing opportunity for a performance marketing lead who is excited to build a team from scratch!
Create and implement different digital acquisition marketing strategies.
Build growth frameworks for the team to follow whilst ensuring they are the best practice and they align with AARRR
Own the testing roadmap and ensure regular and rapid testing.
With support from agencies, you will have ownership of acquisition marketing including Amazon, Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Referrals and new channel exploration.
Conversion optimisation of UK Ecommerce site.
- Proven track record of execution and innovation within a scale-up environment.
Passionate about using data to understand performance and find key insights to help better the business.
Deep experience within developing ads on a range of social platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
Ability to manage and optimise the spend across multiple channels to ensure efficiency and relative growth.
