Today they have over 70 million members globally. This digital first business have an amazing opportunity for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join their team.
Performance Marketing Analyst - The Role
The role sits in the newly formed International Marketing team and will focus on making their marketing acquisition budget and plans more effective, as well as helping them optimise their marketing channels across the mix.
It will involve managing large data sets and using the most appropriate modelling, analytics, and reporting tools.
We are looking for a smart, analytical and commercially astute marketing analyst, a confident communicator and team player, with extreme attention to detail, and a proactive and can-do attitude.
The role is based in London and reports to the Marketing Manager, but will also require working closely with other teams in the US, AU and Europe. The job might involve occasional travel to other international offices around the globe.
The main responsibilty is the day-to-day running of their Acquisition data reporting.
To report performance of all UK acquisition channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide detailed and clear analysis on trading performance.
To support all UK and AU team members with analysis and reporting.
To contribute to the improvement of reporting and analysis.
To help with preparing reports and insights for business meetings.
To support the budgeting, planning and forecasting process.
To undertake market and competitor research.
To collaborate closely with our Data Analytics, Data Science and Research teams to analyse data sets across multiple business operations.
Performance Marketing Analyst - Key Skills
Previous exposure to ecommerce, acquisition/performance analysis and web analytics.
Analytical mindset and approach.
Ability to clearly present research concepts and communicate findings to colleagues around the business.
Highly organised team player, flexible and able to handle multiple activities, establish priorities, meet deadlines and work efficiently and effectively.
2-3 years minimum working within an analytical role, ideally within a Marketing team.
