We’ve partnered with an award winning global consultancy that specialises in diversity and inclusion and are making huge strides in moving boundaries across all sectors. Their enviable client base includes global brands, media owners and agencies, working closely with stakeholders throughout organisations: from the C-Suite, to People/HR teams, to Learning and Development and brand marketing teams.
They’re in an exciting period of growth and now looking for an exceptional and passionate Partnerships Director responsible for developing and maintaining the client base. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit with a clear desire to take on a key role in a fast-paced and growing start-up. You’ll be responsible for the complete sales cycle, including identifying new partnership opportunities, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting.
The scope of the role includes developing sales strategies in order to reach individual revenue objectives while meeting internal business goals. The successful candidate will ‘own’ the partnership function within the business, working closely with the Client Services Director, Managing Director and CEO.
The most important thing required for this role is experience in the DEI sector or a transferable consultant background, such as brand/cultural strategist. Along with this, you’ll need to have a consultative sales approach, adept at influencing stakeholders and developing strong working relationships.
If you are passionate about shaping behaviour change and policy in the workplace and promoting inclusion as a driver for innovation, creativity and profitability, we would love to hear from you.
