I am looking for an ambitious, proactive, and enthusiastic Digital First Planning Manager to join this fun, dynamic, and experienced team. The successful digital experienced candidate will work very closely with their line manager to oversee day-to-day deliverables, and plan / launch / report on strategic media campaigns. Regular budget management and account oversight is also a part of this role. And, there will be opportunities to get involved in wider projects & initiatives as well.

Working as part of this brand you will be responsible for:

* The brands multi-million pound 'always on' paid media activity, ensuring it is consistently on track to deliver, and to a high standard
* Oversee implementation across social, search and display
* Lead on the ongoing development and implementation of the companies digital advertising strategy
* Lead on reporting for all key performance marketing activity
* Create bespoke live reporting dashboards for key campaigns and identify optimisation's to ensure maximum return on ad spend
* Lead a cross-discipline creative working group to ensure the delivery of high calibre digital-first creative assets
* Develop omni-channel digital media plans with holistic recommendations of audiences, creative's, budgets, and media mixes
* Campaign and relationship management of direct digital media buys

The Paid Media Planning Manager will need:

* 2-3 year's strong planning experience within Paid Media
* Significant experience managing or tracking multi-million-pound media budgets
* A strong track record of developing effective paid digital media strategies
* Ability to develop in-depth digital marketing reports using data collation tools such as Supermetrics or Funnel, and data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau
* Experience of working with creative teams and agencies to develop digital-first ad creative for social and display placements
* Proven past development of detailed and informed digital media plans for large cross channel campaigns
* Previous experience of working with media partners and agencies, especially on direct display buy
* Ability to implement advertising across social, search and display platforms
