Paid Media Manager - B2B Tech - Hybrid

I am working with a Tech Pioneer within the B2B space based in Central London.
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for everything across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display. This role is 60% Paid Social and 40% Paid Search & Display.
As a data first and analytical individual, you'll have a proven track record of implementing successful performance marketing campaigns. You will have a strong and completely current understanding of digital marketing tech and techniques deployed in a B2B demand generation setting.
As a Paid Media Manager working for this exciting brand you will be responsible for:
* Manage all PPC activity across Google Ads and Bing, continually testing and learning to optimise campaigns
* Drive all paid social media activity with a focus on LinkedIn and relevant B2B channels
* Manage the performance marketing budget and drive efficiency of spend
* Build, test and continually optimise landing pages to keep making incremental improvements to conversion rates and lead quality
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency of brand and key messages and support wider omni-channel campaigns
* Continually test, measure and report campaign and programme performance and evolve actions based on learning
The Paid Media Manager will need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Performance Marketing role within a B2B space
* Hands on experience building and optimising Paid Media campaigns
* To be able to build tests to validate hypotheses and recommend performance optimisation's based on in-depth analyses
