The Company
A highly decorated and independent digital agency is on the lookout for a new Paid Media Manager. They are consistently rated within the top 100 agencies to work for and have lively in-house teams. The Paid Media Manager will have the opportunity to spearhead multiple paid media campaigns for various clients across a multitude of industries. They will also have the opportunity to begin to own the paid media offering of the agency.

Responsibilities - Paid Media Manager
* Create cross channel media strategies and plans - primarily across paid media channels
* Provide ongoing strategic recommendations and optimisations
* Run paid media campaigns across search, social and display
* Own the response to client brief
* Campaigns set up, implementation, optimisation and reporting
* Deliver insight-led reporting to clients, providing strategic feedback and learnings from campaign activity

Requirements - Paid Media Manager
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role at an agency
* Programmatic experience beneficial but not necessary
* Understanding and hands-on experience in paid search and paid social
* Experience using Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads and Google Stack
* A proven track record in managing successful performance marketing campaigns
* Experience using research tools to inform media plans such as TGI, Facebook IQ and Google Trends
