JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client's International team is looking for a London-based experienced Market Operations Manager, who has a detailed eye, with a background of working across multiple international markets and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to find innovative (but workable) solutions.

As a responsible team player, you can be relied upon as the 'go to' person; proactive, diplomatic, a problem solver, able to take leadership and adept at juggling priorities in a fast paced environment.

But just as important will be the personal qualities you bring to the team. We'll expect you to be positive, energetic and collaborative, taking responsibility for getting things done, and taking pride in doing them well. Tons of energy and a great team spirit are a must!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS



* Supporting the International Head of Video with day-to-day communication to all international markets, across all brands
* Filter and prioritise enquiries
* Identifying the scope of each project and managing it accordingly
* Work closely with our procurement team to ensure we are utilising the most effective systems and global contracts are implemented
* Manage end to end workflow processes to enhance and increase efficiency with market operations
* Maintaining orderly folders and planning documents

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS



* A solid understanding of the global video landscape
* Trouble-shoot and use one's own initiative to provide solutions when schedule or plans change due to delays or scope change, with focus on managing risk and expectations
* A strong team player who is engaging, enthusiastic, and positive; with interest in developing relationships with colleagues on all levels
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and drive projects
* Excellent attendance and time management skills with the ability to multitask
* A natural problem solver
* An understanding of cultural, political and operational challenges of our global markets is desirable
* Natural leader with high diplomacy skills
* Experience working for a global company or at an international level.
* Excellent communications skills
* Highly organised and confident in setting up new workflows that can be easily adopted by international teams.
* Ability to work at pace without compromising on quality.
* An innate understanding and appreciation of world culture
* Experience building relationships remotely and across cultures and timezones
* A strong and proactive knowledge of the fashion, beauty and entertainment industry
* Fluency in two or more languages is highly desirable.

This role has been determined to be Inside IR35
